We are the legittimate and faithfull followers of that association of se amen, born in Italy as Fratelli della Costa, on board of the Transatlantico "Cristoforo Colombo" in the late 1957, Confraternita recently refounded in the original spirit of pure traditional love of the sea.

The court of Justice of Florence edited a declaration in which they state that accordino to the laws the decision taken had not been appealed.

The reason why there had not been any appeal is due to the fact that the decision taken by the Giurì d’Onore on the 22nd of February 2003, had been adopted following the Statuto of the Brotherhood, according to the applied interpretations of the former decisions taken by the same Giurì d’Onore

Therefore the only Brotherhood of the Coast – Italia – which has the legitimate and legal value is the one called FRATELLI DELLA COSTA – ITALIA – FRATELLI FEDELI ALLO STATUTO.

After the “ Giurì d’Onore “ rovoked of the “Maggiorenti� formely appointed, the Brotherhood in mainly guided by brother Gigi Piccione, as Gran Commodoro, as taken from the art. 16 of the Statuto, and brother Cesare Checchi as Main temporary Scriba.
